New Teacher Center was awarded a federal Education Innovation and Research (EIR) grant to investigate the impact of NTC coaching on teacher instructional practice and student outcomes while reaching more teachers.

Study findings from external evaluation provide evidence of statistically significant positive effects of key aspects of NTC coaching and PLC-based coaching on student achievement.
