American education systems and structures are
designed
to produce inequitable outcomes.

That’s the elephant in the (class)room.
The design behind the system.
We know it’s there, and we know it needs to change.

And build solutions that center humanity, justice, and self-actualization
for every young person, educator, and community as a whole
We have to start with acknowledging the elephant.

We call these shifts
