We at the New Teacher Center (NTC) invite you to take bold steps as you conceive and implement programs that will support new teachers and new administrators on the road to professional success. We encourage you to create programs that do more than help new colleagues survive - help them understand that excellent teachers build their practice one day at a time, from the first day they step into a classroom.

The NTC is excited to offer a variety of innovative professional development opportunities and materials that can assist you in this endeavor. Our products and services are designed to:

1. Further the growth of those who work directly with beginning teachers
   or administrators in mentoring and coaching roles, and;
2. Deepen the skills and understanding of those who are responsible for
   designing and implementing induction programs.
